How to Fix Logitech Camera Not Working on Windows 11/10?

Sometimes Logitech USB cameras like BRIO webcam don't work after upgrading it to Windows 10 or 11. Therefore, you won't be able to use it while video chatting on Skype or other video apps.

Solution 1: Let Apps Use my Camera Hardware 

Before you apply more complicated solutions, you need to make sure that your apps are allowed to use the camera. By doing so, things will get a lot more easier and convenient.  

Follow Win, Settings, Privacy, and camera to launch the privacy settings of your camera. Go to the right side and ensure that the "Let apps use my camera hardware" is enabled. 

Solution 2: Remove the Conflict Wireless Mouse Receiver

Your Logitech camera may fail to work because of a wireless mouse. Therefore, if you are using a wireless mouse, particularly a Logitech wireless mouse. Maybe this causes interference between your USB webcam and wireless mouse.

Therefore, you must try to disconnect the camera USB cable and reconnect the other USB port. In case this does not work, then try to disconnect the wireless mouse USB transmitter or USB receiver, and then your Logitech camera will work in a normal manner.

Step 4: Go to the center of Logitech drivers download and then search for webcam and camera systems by going to the list of products. If you want, you can expand other items like security cameras and conference cameras. 

Step 5: Expand the webcam and then select your Logitech webcam. After that, choose the Logitech BRIO. 

Step 6: Go to the Logitech BRIO page and then select Download to enter the download center. 

Step 7: After that download the driver, Go to the download center and then download your Logitech camera driver for Windows 10 and 11. 

Once you are done with the download process, install and then add your Logitech webcam. Therefore, you must use this method to update your Logitech camera driver.
