Alternatively, you may disable, uninstall or remove Teams from Startup in Windows 11 and successfully prevent it from running in auto-mode from Task Manager by following the simple steps given below.
Step 1: Go to Task Manager by typing it in the Windows search bar.
Step 2: When the Task manager opens, click on the Start-Up tab.
Step 3: Find Microsoft Teams on the right panel of the dialogue box.
Step 4: Then click on Disable option under the Status heading.
There is yet another way of preventing Microsoft Teams from running in auto-mode, you may uninstall it. So, If your are really willing to make Microsoft Teams to become dysfunctional by uninstalling it completely,
You should follow the following simple procedure.
Step 1: Right-click on the Start button.
Step 2: Go to the Settings option in the dialogue box that pops up subsequently.
Step 3: Now, select Apps and Features being displayed on the right panel.
Step 4: A list will get displayed featuring all the Apps installed on your laptop or PC in the Apps and Features window.
Step 5: If Microsoft Teams is not visible, then expand the menu further.
Step 6: You will be able to see three vertical dots by clicking on which, you may click on Uninstall option to finally prevent Microsoft Teams to remain activated.
